A new website has been developed and launched for OakCommunityChurch.org by SpreadTruth Media. The new site is much more graphically charged embracing the “oak” feel as well as adding blogs with commenting, podcasting, new calendar/event system, and more powered by the ChurchLink Content Management System.

Almost 400 people have gathered in NYC from around the USA to put on 6 basketball camps, 1 soccer camp, 3 VBS, and do ministry in parks and prayer stations throughout the city!

We will be hosting 6 Above the Rim Basketball Camps, 4 Summer Fun Week VBS Camps, and 1 One Touch Soccer Camp. To view all camp locations, Click Here to View Map.

This year we anticipate over 1500 children involved in our camps throughout New York City from July 21-24, 2008.

Join us on Thursday, June 26, 2008 for a luncheon fundraiser at Outback Steakhouse. This is a great opportunity to raise money for a wonderful cause and enjoy a delicious meal. Outback Steakhouse in Bloomington is typically closed for lunch, but they are opening their doors for a special lunch fundraiser with NYC Ministries. You choose one of two seating times:

11:30 a.m. or 1:00 p.m.

SpreadTruth Media Project FBCSanger.com (First Baptist Church, Sanger, TX) is now live!

FBC was looking for a fresh new look as well as a robust content management system to manage all aspects of their site. ChurchLink CMS is completing that for them. As they long to reach out to young families in their community just outside of Dallas/Ft. Worth, they knew they needed a new design, and content that was always up-to-date keeping regular attenders in-the-know and new-comers excited about becoming a part of this body!

Our hope is that with their new site they can reach more people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
